About J Medic Winston Salem, NC

J Medic has been honored to serve Winston Salem and the surrounding areas of the Triad for the past 20 years. J Medic opened in February of 1999 in a 1-bay shop in a very rural area of Clemmons.
Since then, it has had several locations around the Triad and has grown into a 4 bay shop located off South Main Street. J Medic is a family-owned business that puts you and your vehicle’s needs first. It is very significant to note that J Medic has never run a newspaper, TV, or radio advertisement during this tremendous growth period. The only advertising was word-of-mouth of our very loyal customer base. Better known to us as our friends.

J Medic has been Growing

January 2020 Marked the addition of Paul Marshall as a Full-Time Technician here at JMedic.

Paul brings over Eight Years of experience, a lifetime of love for anything with a motor, and Studied Auto Tech at FTCC.
His experience includes a heavy dose of experience building and re-building differentials, Axles and Drivetrain Components at East Coast Gear Supply which comes in handy given the amount of driveline work we do. Paul’s Hobbies include being a Newlywed and Off-Roading when Hannah lets him. Welcome, Paul!

February brought us an Intern! Grayson Bayliff called us in February to ask if we would have him as an Intern for 3 weeks. Grayson is a Senior at Noble Academy in Greensboro and an Internship is part of his Senior Requirements. We agreed and were so impressed with him as a young man and his natural ability and love for mechanics that we hired him when his internship was over. Grayson works for us when he is not completing his Senior Year. Grayson’s Hobbies include Skateboarding, Small engines, and working on his Wrangler Unlimited.

Chief and Charlie have also become valuable additions to the Customer Service Department. They take their role as Greeters very seriously and also understand that not everyone is comfortable being greeted and they readily “Kennel Up’ and peer over their gate at the ready for a rub. Their Hobbies are Eating and Sleeping and being Rubbed.
