I took my Jeep in for an oil change and the guys at J medic performed a full diagnostic work up on my Jeep. They discovered the brake line was about to give out. They offered me a fair estimate without being pushy and had my Jeep fixed by the next morning. Very friendly and excellent service.

What makes these guys stand out among other shops is their combination of knowledge, good communication, and low-pressure approach, backed up by quality work. Other shops feel "salesy". When you take your vehicle into these guys, they do a great job explaining their findings and the options for addressing them, and then sit back, let you think about, and wait til you tell them how'd you'd like to proceed. It's refreshing in a world that focuses on a bottom line over customer needs, and based on all the 5 star reviews they have, I know I'm not the only one that feels respected as a customer and notices the difference. They recently had to do a pretty large job on my 4WD system, and when they found an additional item that needed to be addressed, they were very considerate of my target budget and were able to work with me to keep the cost around what they had initially quoted by switching some things around. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else.

Our experiences with J-Medic continue to be positive ones. Our most recent visit related to break squealing noises from the right rear passenger side. It turned out that the caliper was partially seized, causing the outside pad to wear noticeably more than the inside pad. After replacing the pads and the damaged rotor, the caliper was cleaned and oiled and new pads were installed. They kept the car for most of the day, allowing us to loaner to use for the day, We returned it later the same day, the work haven't been done as promised. Price was respectable, and as they give a great warranty on their work, we were both pleased with the result. The ride home and subsequent rides have been smooth and quiet. And as always working with J-Medic gives us peace of mind.

Wifes car broke down, had it towed to J Medic over the weekend, called them Monday morning they already had the car in the shop and was diagnosing the problem. They were able to fix and get the car back up and running the same day. We appreciate the quick, quality workmanship, we recommend to anyone in the area needing mechanical work. After purchasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee with the 3.6 “tick” most commonly lifter failure. I researched-called multiple automotive repair shops in Winston Salem area. Pleased with the reviews and feedback from JMEDIC, who specialize in Jeep vehicles, plus as many of the reviews read, they don’t hesitate to work on other types/styles of vehicles. JMEDIC team was honest and open about the costs and time frame of repairs. Darryl ensured that I was taking care of from the first phone call. I talked over my thoughts on how to proceed with the repairs and the target budget range that I was trying to stay within. I wanted the reliability back on the motor, but kept the budget in mind. They even worked with me on other needed services but didn’t push them, just offered as a suggestion. JMEDIC contacted me before I was expecting the repairs to be completed. On the morning of scheduled pick up time, Darryl called to report that they found something that just needed another follow up. Darryl explained that they would have to keep it a little bit longer to ensure repairs were done correctly. It turned out that the vehicle needed one more part (oil cooler) that could have potentially caused issues a little later and they were still able to get it done on the same day. As a owner of multiple Jeeps over the years I highly recommend JMEDIC.
