We had a fantastic experience with J Medic Automotive Service. Our son was in Winston-Salem for a summer internship and had driven his GTI nearly 800 miles to get there. After the long trip, the car needed some TLC, and the team at J Medic took great care of both him and his vehicle. As parents living far away, it gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing he had a knowledgeable and trustworthy shop nearby for his automotive needs. took my truck to J Medic because it was making a clunking sound, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They were very thorough and found a few additional issues that I wasn’t even aware of. They took videos of the problems and sent them to me without me even asking, which I really appreciated. I dropped my truck off on Monday, and they had everything fixed and had me back up and running that same week. Everyone was honest, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I’m definitely glad I found J Medic. I’ve found my go-to auto repair shop and will absolutely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!
