I dont like to hear the news of a car in great need of fixing but when I need a job done the right way with experienced mechanics and trusting they are doing it right with a fair price -J Medic is the only place to go. I appreciate this business being honest, transparent and reliable work.

I highly recommend this shop! My car got stuck in Winston after I smelled gas leaking and had no idea where to take it. I gave them a call, they had it towed to their shop, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. They replaced my high-pressure fuel line, and the entire process was handled over the phone, making everything so easy and stress-free. The best part is the repair comes with a 2-year warranty! If you’re looking for honest, reliable service, I definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend using J Medic for your automotive needs, they are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and communicative. I brought my Jeep Cherokee in to be looked at after it was acting weird, and they spent the time to truly try and figure out what the issue was, and when suggesting an oil change they weren’t pushy (or judgy about how long it’s been since the last one lol). As a woman, it hasn’t been easy finding a shop where I feel like I’m not being taken advantage of, but Daryl and Patrick at J Medic never once made me feel that way. I will be using them from now on, and I recommend you give this local small business a chance, too! 10/10.

My Grand Cherokee is 25 yrs old and still running great thanks to the folks at JMedic. Any issues have been identified and fixed at a fair price. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
