My first visit to J Medic was a good one. Based on my experience, I believe you can expect an honest and accurate evaluation of your vehicle needs from them. I do not think they will try and sell you something you don't really need. Professional shop with highly qualified pros.

Very knowledgeable. It is also rare to have a service advisor that is also a qualified technician, able to explain and make recommendations. Great interactions. Very convenient to Hwy 285S/Hw52 also.

Very clean, comfortable shop. They checked out my car, gave me an estimate ,and fixed my brakes in the time frame they promised. The staff is very friendly and professional. Would use them again.

Initially, the customer service technician and his staff greeted me in a very amenable and friendly fashion. After a succinct, yet in-depth conversation, they proceeded with a diagnostic analysis of my vehicle. Their knowledge and expiditious pace was more than satisfactory.

Patrick and David were very professional. Needed a PCM for a Dodge Dakota. Took a little over a week to get but was put in same day.
