J medic was able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle very quickly. And was able to get the matter resolved with my warranty company and a very timely manner.

First mechanic I’ve gone to outside of the dealer and they are super nice people. Great sitting area where I got some work done while I waited. Dave is super nice and helpful and the guys are super transparent on what they do and how much they charge.

Great people that work there and honest any questions you got about your car they will answer or find a answer to help make a decision

I drive a Lexus GX 470 and these guys know more about my car than Flow Lexus of Greensboro. They’ve fixed one issue that was caused by Flow Lexus in which my tires were straight and my steering wheel was off set by 90 degrees with my wheels being straight. It doesn’t matter the car or work they will do it and do it with 100% car and insurance that the work is done correctly. When I get my 4Runner I know for a fact that J medic is going to do my over-landing work to both my Lexus and 4Runner
