Superior customer service. They explain everything so that I can understand the it. So pleased I found this great mechanic.

I took my 2018 Jeep Cherokee to the dealership because the low oil pressure light was on. They told me the valve cover gasket had a leak and that was the issue. I Called J Medic and he told me over the phone what the issue is and that's exactly what it was. They have great customer service and great prices. If you're looking for a great mechanic look no further. J Medic is the best!!!!!!

The staff is very professional. They explained everything that was wrong and needed to be done in a way that I could understand it. Pricing was very affordable too. I will continue to use them for all of my car issues.
