Posting this as Ken rather than Andrew. I am very satisfied with the work J-Medic performed on my 2002 Jeep. Because of its age, I selected this shop over other mechanics I’ve used in the past who do not thoroughly diagnose a problem and fix it properly. In other words, they treat the symptom, like just adding coolant to the A/C, instead of looking for the root cause for why my system wasn’t cooling. J-Medic found the actual cause of my A/C problem and fixed it. Now I can drive my Jeep again on summer days when it is 95 degrees outside.
