Well it started out to be more than what I expected, but the proof was there not just words like some shops. It went from bad to good to bad then great. Up front, respectful and all around right and tight. I could write a book, but take my word , these guys including the owner are the real deal . They have my business for sure. Jeep & BMW. They filled up my windshield washer fluid. I was wowed by that since I have taken my car for oil changes at other places and never happens. They do check everything.

I’ve been hearing and reading about the ticking problem on the 3.6 Pentastar engines for a while now. I own a 2014 Grand Cherokee and I’ve been just waiting for it to start ticking. I hit 62,000 miles last week and as I was pulling in my garage I heard the tick. Not knowing who to take it to I was getting frustrated. I was reading about the horror stories at the Jeep Chrysler service department and I really didn’t want to go there. So the other day I saw a commercial for J Medic while watching the news. I was quick to contact them. David has helped me through the process and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work that was done ! Definitely will be my place to go for all my Jeeps needs !
