took my truck to J Medic because it was making a clunking sound, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They were very thorough and found a few additional issues that I wasn’t even aware of. They took videos of the problems and sent them to me without me even asking, which I really appreciated. I dropped my truck off on Monday, and they had everything fixed and had me back up and running that same week. Everyone was honest, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I’m definitely glad I found J Medic. I’ve found my go-to auto repair shop and will absolutely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this shop! My car got stuck in Winston after I smelled gas leaking and had no idea where to take it. They replaced my high-pressure fuel line, and the entire process was handled over the phone, making everything so easy and stress-free. The best part is the repair comes with a 2-year warranty!
