Superior customer service. They explain everything so that I can understand the it. So pleased I found this great mechanic.

I took my 2018 Jeep Cherokee to the dealership because the low oil pressure light was on. They told me the valve cover gasket had a leak and that was the issue. I Called J Medic and he told me over the phone what the issue is and that's exactly what it was. They have great customer service and great prices. If you're looking for a great mechanic look no further. J Medic is the best!!!!!!

The staff is very professional. They explained everything that was wrong and needed to be done in a way that I could understand it. Pricing was very affordable too. I will continue to use them for all of my car issues.

Patrick was very kind and nice and professional.. while I was there for my appointment, they did a complete diagnostics to try to figure out what was going on with my jeep and then they were able to give me the results of that diagnostic exam so that we could decide what needed to be done. They also gave their professional advice on some other non-related items that could use some service and that would be time sensitive for that service which I appreciate. my wife and I are now reviewing The results of the diagnostic and are planning on having JEEP medic repair some of these items. It was a very pleasant professional first time experience thank you to Patrick and his guys.

The work was done really quick. They explained the problem and the fix. I'm satisfied with their work. Did a very professional job. My wrangler runs quite now the way it is supposed to. Just hope I don't have to do that expensive repair again.

I highly recommend j medics!! brought my 2001 ford expedition in for a check engine light after taking to another shop that couldn’t figure out the problem. They did an excellent job diagnosing my truck and replaced the mass air flow system and warned me about replacing the air filter that wasn’t in the best shape which I did. They communicated with me about what the problem was to begin with and also explained to me what they did to fix the problem. It took about 3 days to fix but I rather a mechanic take his time and get the job done then to just do a quick fix. When my truck was ready I received a text on my phone from a automated system saying the repair was complete, upon arrival to pick up my truck the mechanic came out with me to show me the work he’s done and what I needed to do to keep it running good. Very very very good business and I will be bringing all my car troubles to j medic. I recently moved to Winston Salem and haven’t had the best experience with car shops but this one give me a whole new view when I was stressed thinking no one could solve my problems j medics came to save the day I really appreciate you guys and the guy at the front desk is Awesome some! Thanks guys! Truck is running great
