We had a wonderful experience with the Jmedic team! We had had a horrible experience with the dealership, and we’re desperately seeking a team of mechanics who understood our 96 Jeep Cherokee and we found that in the folks at J medic!! They were able to quickly diagnose the issues, that the dealership was either unable to diagnose, or diagnosed incorrectlly, and made the repairs swiftly!!! We are so thrilled to have our Cherokee back on the road, at a fraction of the cost erroneously quoted by the dealership!!! Cannot recommend this team highly enough!!

As always, my interactions with J Medic have been great. Most recently my Jeep had numerous sensor lights "pop up". I took a picture of the dash, sent the picture via text to J Medic and in short order they responded and set up an appointment the next day to analyze. Next day, they quickly determined the issue and fixed. Another great experience.
