Posting this as Ken rather than Andrew. I am very satisfied with the work J-Medic performed on my 2002 Jeep. Because of its age, I selected this shop over other mechanics I’ve used in the past who do not thoroughly diagnose a problem and fix it properly. In other words, they treat the symptom, like just adding coolant to the A/C, instead of looking for the root cause for why my system wasn’t cooling. J-Medic found the actual cause of my A/C problem and fixed it. Now I can drive my Jeep again on summer days when it is 95 degrees outside.

Awesome people here. Had my jeep towed without an appointment and they were able to have it looked at and fixed in 2 days. Very kind every time I spoke to them and informed me of everything they did and what was causing the problems. They had jeeps overflowing and were still able to get me in and out! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and good customer service
