I'm new to the area and so far I'm happy to have found a good mechanic shop close by. I come from a family of mechanics but none close by or have passed on. So, I'm very cautious when having to go to a shop for car repairs. With that said, I am pleased with the friendliness the shop presents upon entering. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. I had a small hit list of things I wanted them to check out and they came back with a detailed list of items that needed attention. The list was in prioritized in order of urgency and included fair pricing. They did not try to add on things that weren't necessary, which I really appreciated. When I booked my appointment for a service that was going to be a few hours, they even offered to provide transportation to/from the short distance to my house, rather than me wait at the shop all day. I certainly recommend them!

Man talk about fast service dropped my jeep off after hours on Tuesday for diagnostic testing had an estimate the next day and service complete the day after. Really appreciate the speedy service and friendly staff. Will definitely be repeat customer

I called JMedic last Wednesday, very upset with a problem from another mechanic. My voice was heard. I was instructed not to drive the car. I had the car towed there, and received a call the next day explaining the issues. My car was fixed by Friday. Thank you JMedic. And the best part, the shop is 1.3 miles from my home. Thank you

I have been searching for a reliable mechanic for years since the guy I had been using retired. I really like JMedic so far. One of my favorite things about the experience is that they send you a text once they have an estimate that will break down your total cost and how much is going to which things need to be fixed and then also break down for you in a visual way everything that needs to be repaired and if it's urgent or not. I have not been to a mechanic that's sent me one of those before and I really loved it. Also, the customer service was great. They have a texting system, which I never really got an answer on, but I am also a very impatient person, so I didn't give them adequate enough time to respond before I called. The people that I spoke to on the phone, Daryl and Patrick, were very knowledgeable and kind. When I brought my car in, underneath my hood looked like a hot mess because a coolant hose had burst. They cleaned it all up, and everything underneath my hood visually looks as if I had just bought it. I picked this place because of the outstanding reviews and I am glad that I did. I think this will be mine and my husband's new spot to take our cars when they need work.
