After purchasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee with the 3.6 “tick” most commonly lifter failure. I researched-called multiple automotive repair shops in Winston Salem area. Pleased with the reviews and feedback from JMEDIC, who specialize in Jeep vehicles, plus as many of the reviews read, they don’t hesitate to work on other types/styles of vehicles. JMEDIC team was honest and open about the costs and time frame of repairs. Darryl ensured that I was taking care of from the first phone call. I talked over my thoughts on how to proceed with the repairs and the target budget range that I was trying to stay within. I wanted the reliability back on the motor, but kept the budget in mind. They even worked with me on other needed services but didn’t push them, just offered as a suggestion. JMEDIC contacted me before I was expecting the repairs to be completed. On the morning of scheduled pick up time, Darryl called to report that they found something that just needed another follow up. Darryl explained that they would have to keep it a little bit longer to ensure repairs were done correctly. It turned out that the vehicle needed one more part (oil cooler) that could have potentially caused issues a little later and they were still able to get it done on the same day. As a owner of multiple Jeeps over the years I highly recommend JMEDIC.

We really appreciate the service at J Medic. This is the third mechanic we have used in the area and will not be changing. 1) they do not mansplain but they do explain why they are recommending the solution they do. 2) the prices are fair 3) what they fix stays fixed! They have exceeded out expectations on multiple types of repairs and vehicles-all Fords. We have had various levels of problems and all were handled well and quickly. We are very impressed with the service, which exceeded expectations.

From start to finish, the J Medic employees ( Daryl in particular) were polite, knowledgeable and honest. The price was right and the work was quick and top notch. I highly recommend anybody using J Medic for you Jeep and other vehicle needs.

Mr Darryl was very nice. He explained the problems where I could understand them. He showed honesty and that’s all we can rely on.

They were awesome and really made me feel at ease with the repairs I needed on my truck. I always do my own work so it was hard to find someone I trusted and they were great. Prices were fair and definitely worth it for the work they did. I will be using them for all my vehicles from now on.

I had a great experience I ask about my tires that someone had told me I needed right away he told me I didn’t need right now he could have told me yes and sold me four tires so when I need anything else or tires I will definitely go bad to them they have my business for all my car needs great honest people
