They were extremely thorough in their inspection, communicated everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. This place was top notch in their service in all ways. After taking my TJ 4 other places and no one being able to diagnose that was wrong accurately ( I needed U joints on drive shaft replaced) This place diagnosed and knew immediately what the issue was, which lined up with my thoughts also. A day later I was back on the road!! So glad I stuck to my gut when other shops told me everything from nothing is wrong to you need a new rear diff. The guys here shot me strait, were honest, extremely helpful, explained everything, and all around were amazing to work with. Definitely found my new shop ( even if I have to drive 40 mins to get there lol). So happy to have found some jeep specialist!! Thank you guys!! 🦆

I've got a 20+ year old car that I NEED to last at least another 20+ yrs and since I moved to the area 3 yrs ago, JMedic has been doing a great job at keeping her maintained. Staff is always friendly & helpful, waiting area is clean and welcoming.

Our experiences with J-Medic continue to be positive ones. Our most recent visit related to break squealing noises from the right rear passenger side. It turned out that the caliper was partially seized, causing the outside pad to wear noticeably more than the inside pad. After replacing the pads and the damaged rotor, the caliper was cleaned and oiled and new pads were installed. They kept the car for most of the day, allowing us to loaner to use for the day, We returned it later the same day, the work haven't been done as promised. Price was respectable, and as they give a great warranty on their work, we were both pleased with the result. The ride home and subsequent rides have been smooth and quiet. And as always working with J-Medic gives us peace of mind.
