I was Very Unhappy this morning with the Owner! I have been going here Off an On. The Owner always had said u can Call me Anytime. (I didn't know the dad had lefted which I just found out.) The gentleman answer the phone was kind of rude. It's BAD When they don't have a second or two to ask a question!!!

I received a postcard in the mail and was happy to see it was very close to my home. Although they could not fix the problem my car was having, it was a GREAT experience! Everyone was kind and helpful and they were able to point me in the right direction for the help i needed! THANK YOU!!!

Really took great care of my breaks. Plus friendly staff.

The service was prompt and done to my satisfaction. They also checked my brakes and suggested the be taken care of in the future. The Check in person was very polite and personable. He went online and brought all the previous work on my vehicle to make a complete history. I will definitely return for any further work needed on my vehicle

My Mercedes SLK350 had a problem with the drivers side window not opening. The guys at JMedic quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new door control module. They provided their usual excellent service.

This place is so awesome. Got a wiring problem figured out within hours on my jeep. They are so upfront on it, and very transparent about what they do and what you pay for. Will be back if we ever need anything else.
