I took my 2013 Toyota Tundra (2WD) to JMedic last week because of a “pop” I was hearing in the front end. They did the diagnosis and were very direct that they could not replicate the issue. They tested the ball joints, tie rod ends etc and found no problem. They said it was “possible” it could be coming from the strut, but he stressed that the leak on the strut was not bad - only a 1 out of 10. I knew it was way past time based on Toyota maintenance schedule anyway. I really appreciated their honesty and that they did not try to sell me something arbitrarily. I chose to have them replace the struts and shocks. I also had them do differential service and replace the brake fluid and power steering fluid. They quoted me the price up front and held true to it. They also gave me a loaner car while my truck was in the shop overnight- a very nice surprise. Turns out their “maybe” was right! It’s driving perfectly, without previous pops, on the new struts. And the ride is noticeably improved. I’m very happy with J Medic.
